Good morning loves! Today I am excited to share about our second Bloggers Giving Back event: Well Boxed! This event was a little more casual than our first, and together, we decorated and stuffed almost 15 personalized care packages for soldiers living abroad who normally don’t receive mail from loved ones. A lot of the attendees at this event were military spouses (we even had a Navy veteran!), so it was awesome to see and hear how much these care packages mean to soldiers. This event was held at Great Over Good, our favorite little art studio in Orange County. Naadine, GOG’s owner, did the decorations for the event, and they were so flippin’ cute as usual. She made that black and white garland out of yarn because she’s a total boss. I think I need one for my apartment!

We’ve got a SUPER fun event planned for April (all Esther’s idea!!) and we’ll be announcing it next Wednesday, April 9th — stay tuned! This one is TOTALLY something that you can do, no matter where in the world you live. Woop woop!

Rheel Daze
Kelly Rheel is aptly named, since she’s about as real as they come. On her blog, Rheel Daze, Kelly is known for writing hilarious and in-your-face posts about everything from a standoff with her fire alarm to ten reasons why she knows she’s getting older. Your puppy is the most beautiful thing ever. It is my dream in life to have lots of Corgis running around (much like the Queen!). Good work on the event! Whoever gets the water pistols will be one lucky soldier. 🙂
