Hi lovelies! Since starting my blog last year, I’ve been amazed with the lessons running a blog has shared with me. Without a doubt, it’s helped me grow in a variety of new ways. Today I’ve got nine beautiful bloggers and business owners here to discuss what their blog or business has taught them. If you like what they have to say, go give ’em a shout-out on their site! I’d also love to hear from you in the comments — what has blogging taught you?

I have my answer to this question neatly summed up here! 😉

Oh I love all of the things you said! Well put.
Thanks, Melyssa! It was such a rewarding thing to reflect on blogging, thanks for sharing all these great answers 🙂
So awesome! It’s amazing how much blogging can teach you. For me? Honestly? You have to love yourself before you can share yourself. I’m a big ol’ introvert and being able to open up on a blog and share bits of my life, what interests me, what I experience…it’s enlightening. And becoming part of the blogging community and learning about others has helped me as well. I love writing and putting together posts and it’s so great to see all of the doors that are opened to you as a blogger!

What an awesome answer! I think you’re dead right, Samantha.
It’s amazing how much blogging teaches us about ourselves and how we see the world!
Ain’t it the truth!
What a great post, I have been blogging for just over a year but only seriously for the last six months. It has been a wonderful way to pursue my love of photography and even though I struggle with the writing side of my blog as I am far from a natural writer I can see I am improving and actually starting to enjoy it more. I also agree that it helps me open up a bit more as I am not very good at that normally!

P.S. I have just discovered your blog and I absolutely love it, it is so inspiring!
Thank you for sharing that, Sarah! That’s so wonderful that blogging has helped you in so many ways — I can see improvements in myself in the same ways, too. 🙂 And you’re so sweet! Glad you enjoy it here — please don’t be a stranger. 🙂
I haven’t been blogging long, but I’ve learned that I can express myself and share knowledge of things I love!
Those sound like awesome things to have learned! 🙂
I’ve really discovered myself this past year with blogging, and I’ve been so much less creatively frustrated, which is amazing!
That is so fantastic, Stacia!
I always love to hear about others’ experience and advice when blogging! I have loved blogging because it has taught me the value of doing something just for me. 🙂 While I love it when other people read my blog, I have really found that I love doing it for me, myself, and having a forum to express myself creatively. 🙂 Anyways, I love this blog, and thank you for sharing!

I love that, Zoe! It’s so important when we have things just for us. Glad you’ve found that in blogging. 🙂
I love it when you do posts like these! It gives me hope, hahaha. I just really enjoy reading about other people’s experiences with blogging as well as their success.
I have truly found joy in blogging, not only because it has given me a tool to record my life, but also as a way to express myself, improve my writing and inform other of certain things that may be important or news worthy.
Thank you for always spreading the love!

Aww I’m so glad you like these, Carola! And I’m even happier to hear that you’ve found so much joy in blogging! I agree — it’s such a powerful, awesome hobby 🙂
Blogging has given me a hands on entrepreneurial experience I wouldn’t get anyway else. It’s also given me a chance to work on my writing and a place to express all my fashion obsessions with other like-minded people.

Ohh I was nodding my head the whole time I read that, Kayla! I never really considered myself an entrepreneur, but you’re totally right — blogging has brought it right out of me! I love that, too!
